The BUILDINGS, of which the oldest parts of the 14th Century, has, over time, of its residents in a typical Tuscan stone - masonry continuously expanded. End of the nineties, we have the building carefully and very expensive in the traditional design by using original - materials and to restore a small modern estate, consisting of three different sized apartments and economics - rooms, rebuilt. The chapel was restored, but remained otherwise receive as non doomed chapel.

All buildings and outdoor garden with a lot of respect for the original, historical situation and the local peculiarities typical restored.

On the property there are 3 individual buildings.These have a total floor space of 335,57 square meters an a usable area of 408,63 square meters. (All square meters instructions are netto - instructions!).

1. MAIN - BUILDING (floor space 335,57 sm and usable area of 345,75 sm. It is fully restored and include the following:

Residential 18 housing space (without bathrooms), divided in 3 different sizes, separated apartments developed by 86,81 sm (Casa PADRONALE), 130,25 sm and 118,51 sm with a total of 3 kitchens and 8 bathrooms. The rooms are partly furnished with antiques and fully furnished.
